Hello! My name is Sky Minor, I'm a Realtor and Mortgage Lender in Los Angeles, and I love my job!

I first became interested in Real Estate after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad while eating ramen and saltine crackers in the back of my band's tour van.  Initially entering into the industry as a Mortgage Loan Officer in 2003, I quickly learned the business and applied my knowledge to begin investing in Los Angeles Real Estate in 2004. Over the next few years as an Investor I bought and sold properties in different states and CNN.com called me a Tycoon in the Making. By 2007 I had seen so many transactions from the bankers' perspective that I thoroughly understood the role and felt comfortable trying my hand as a Real Estate Agent. I loved it and dove in selling homes and investment properties all around LA and Southern California.  In 2012 I added one more title to my name, Residential Property Flipper, flipping residential properties around Northeast LA. I've gained substantial construction know-how from these projects like dealing with permits, building codes and zoning. 

I know of no other Real Estate Agent that has such a broad knowledge base about as many aspects of this business as I do. I know every step of the process from every angle and I'm more than happy to let my clients benefit from my experience. 

I specialize in properties on the booming East Side of Los Angeles, where I've lived since 2003. During that time I've lived in Downtown LA Artist District, Echo Park, Los Feliz, and currently I reside in a century old craftsman house in Eagle Rock. I cover all of Southern California from Ventura to San Diego.
