Sky Minor-Los Angeles Real Estate Agent

Sky Minor graduated from the University of Colorado in 2002 and promptly headed West to Los Angeles for the sunshine and opportunity that California has to offer. He had rock and roll ambitions and played drums in several bands (one of his songs is on the video game Rock Band). He began in the Real Estate business as a residential loan officer in 2003 and began investing in Los Angeles Real Estate in 2004. In 2006 he was featured on AOL and CNN as a Real Estate "Tycoon in the Making" for his ambitious real estate investments. In 2007 he applied his experience with mortgage financing, investing and landlording towards a new pursuit and began to sell Real Estate and 2-4 unit income properties throughout LA with emphasis on the East Side of town. He co-founded Preferred Realty and Loan, a multiservice brokerage that has been active in the Los Angeles Real Estate market since 2008. Sky loves introducing people to the vibrant, dynamic and (relatively) inexpensive East side of Los Angeles where he has resided since 2002. During that tenure, he has lived in The Downtown Artist District, in the hills of Echo Park, in the heart of Los Feliz village and now lives in a vintage craftsman house in Eagle Rock with his wife and daughter. He is happy to share his experiences and knowledge about the neighborhood with newcomers. When Sky is not working, he spends most of his time with his family but still occasionally gets time to go Surfing, Snowboarding or work on his mediocre Golf game.
